RV1106G3不支持IEEE1588

    很想用RV1106G3芯片DIY一个授时器，用于给其他设备做精准授时。既然是做精准授时，那时间精度要达到微秒级别，必然是PHY芯片要支持硬时钟的。

    在Linux系统下，须使用ethtool工具测试。移植ethtool工具时，需使用libmnl和ethtool源代码，以下是测试过程的记录：

    在系统下输入如下命令： ethtool -T eth0
